Project Management

From the outset you will be dealing with one person, from the Design Concept, Budgeting and Procurement through to the completion on site. We pride ourselves on providing a personal service. This removes the added layers of Management most construction projects are built up of; Designer / Estimator / Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager etc. Not only does this give you piece of mind dealing with one individual, it also keep your costs manageable.

We feel that the project manager is a person who has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. A person who is responsible for making decisions, both large and small. 

Our experience comes from over 34 years in the construction trade, dealing with projects from £50k to £25million. This includes all aspects of the project cycle.

Once the enabling stages are in place we would look to have a Site manager fully responsible for the day-to-day on site running of a construction project. The role of the Site manager is to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and manage any delays or problems encountered on-site during a construction project liaising directly with the project manager. 

Also involved in the role is the managing of quality control, health and safety checks and the inspection of work carried out. We will put in place CDM from the outset to ensure Health and Safety is at the forefront of the project.
